A typical move-out, in order

1. A few weeks before: read your tenancy agreement for what you have to repaint, remove or put back, and check with your landlord or agent.
2. Sort the flat: decide what moves with you and what goes. Make a list of the big pieces you're not keeping.
3. Book the building: ask the management office about lift booking, moving hours and any rules for painting work.
4. Moving day: Brothers Moving moves what you keep. Junk Removal HK can take away what you don't, on the same day or another day, depending on both teams' availability.
5. In the empty flat: Brothers Painting repaints. An empty flat is simpler to prepare and cover.
6. Handover: walk through the flat with your landlord or agent, and take photos of each room.
